Established in 2016, Shenzhen Zinwi Biotech Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of electronic vaping liquids. Since its early days, Zinwi Biotech has demonstrated strong vitality and development momentum. On January 18, 2016, Zinwi Biotech was officially established. In 2017, one year after the company was founded, it became a standing executive member of the Electronic Cigarette Industry Committee of China Electronic Chamber of Commerce and participated in the formulation of the industry group standard for electronic cigarettes (T/CECC 2-2017).

After two years of development, in 2018, the company clarified the strategic direction of technology leading the company's development. Relying on strategic support and strong scientific research strength, the company successfully developed its own patented nicotine salt technology, leading the industry development in the field of electronic vaping liquids.

In 2019, after three years of development, the company moved to Guangming High-tech Park and embarked on a new journey of riding the wind and waves. In the same year, the company was awarded the "Supporting Unit of the International Electronic Cigarette Summit Forum" and "Certified Supplier of Made-in-China.com", and passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. With good corporate credit and development prospects, it was awarded the "Credit Standard Enterprise" title.

In 2020, the company took a crucial step in deciding its future fate by establishing the Zinwi Biotech Analysis and Testing Center and the Vaping Technology Research Institute, once again fulfilling the noble mission of technology innovation leading industry development through practical actions. To build a product-technology R&D system across the board, the company actively promotes cooperation with government departments, relevant universities, and research institutions. In the same year, it was awarded the "Co-organizer of the International Electronic Cigarette Summit Forum".

In September 2021, Zinwi Biotech participated in the development of industry standards for electronic cigarettes (T/CECC-2-2021) and became the Vice Chairman Unit of the Electronic Cigarette Industry Committee of China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, committed to leading the industry with its strong influence and innovation for better and faster development. In April of the same year, Zinwi Biotech completed the construction of a pharmaceutical-grade GMP clean workshop and began production, and obtained international CNAS laboratory certification. In December 2021, the company was awarded the national "High-tech Enterprise" certification and "China Electronic Chamber of Commerce Pegasus Award".

In 2022, in response to global policy adjustments and changes in product consumption structure, Zinwi Biotech responded quickly, laid out in advance, and embraced policies. In August 2022, with a forward-looking strategic positioning, Zinwi Biotech (Yunnan) Research Institute was established to actively explore new research and development paths and solutions for tobacco flavors. The company also obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety system certification. In June of the same year, Zinwi Biotech obtained the tobacco monopoly enterprise license (aerosols) and led the industry's development in a new path.
