Research on the extraction process of tobacco extract
Up to now, most of tobacco extracts are specially developed for combustion-type cigarettes, and can’t be directly used in e-liquid. Impurities in tobacco extracts can lead to sticky cores or miscellaneous gases. For this reason, Zinwi Biotech has started the research on "extraction process optimization of tobacco extracts", and strives to develop a more suitable e-liquid tobacco extraction process used.
Study on quality stability of tobacco extract
Zinwi Biotech found in the research that the quality of tobacco extract directly affects the -quality of e-liquid products. In R&D, different tobacco extract quality standards should be formulated according to different product designs, the fingerprint of each monomer extract should be clarified, ID should be formulated for each tobacco extract, and standardized testing and quality control procedures should be passed, to ensure the long-term quality stability of e-liquid. Only by controlling the characteristics of each extract from the source can it be solved the problem of extract heterogeneity, so as to achieve a stable supply level. Zinwi Biotech plans to invest in this field, and on the premise of ensuring the effect and try the best to speed up the establishment of extract fingerprints and ID databases.

In the past, everyone was developing non-tobacco flavors such as fruity flavors and beverages, which led to the problem of insufficient tobacco-flavor flavoring technology and insufficient awareness of tobacco extracts. "To solve the problem, Zinwi Biotech has established a dedicated R&D team and a flavoring team, which has a lot of experience in tobacco flavor flavoring.
