When we are new to electronic atomization, we may have doubts about what e-liquid is. What are electronic atomizers and e-liquid, and what components does the gas produced contain?
What is electronic atomization?
Electronic atomizers, namely electronic cigarettes, are also called vapor cigarettes. It consists of an atomizer, battery, and e-liquid. It mainly adopts the principle of the atomizer. The atomizer generates heat through the power supply of the battery so that the e-liquid volatilizes and forms nicotine-containing smoke vapor. Electronic atomizers were originally launched into the market as smoking cessation and smoking replacement products.
What is the electronic atomizer used for?
An electronic atomizer is called Atomizer or Tank. It is the most important part of the electronic cigarette except for the power supply equipment. The smoke is obtained by heating the heating wire in the atomizer to evaporate the e-liquid on the internal oil-conducting cotton. The air intake structure of the atomizer and the structure inside the atomization chamber greatly affect the taste during use. The working principle of all atomizers is the same. The heating coil (or atomization core) in the atomizer is heated by the main engine, and the heating coil generates heat, and the smoke adsorbed on the oil-conducting cotton outside (or inside) the evaporation coil the e-liquid, and then the atomized smoke is taken away by the airflow inhaled by the user. A change in any of these points will affect the taste of the atomizer.
What gas comes out of the atomizer?
It is electronic cigarette oil, also known as e-liquid or e-juice, that is, the e-liquid used in conjunction with e-cigarettes, which is heated by the atomizer to produce a cigarette-like mist.
The main components of e-liquid are food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade glycerol, propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, and tobacco extract.
The above is the introduction about e-liquid and e-cigarette.
